Happy Sunday

Yes,today is Sunday or "The Lord's Day" as I have heard it called before. But every day is The Lord's Day. He didn't make the world in one day even though he could have. He took seven days to make it. So, I feel like I should give him praise and thanks everyday.

Praising The Lord

It looks to me like the lady may be  praising God or giving thanks .                                                                                              Well I  added more picture to my "We Heart it page"                                                 Most of them were ones from my website,that I put up there a few years ago.        Well it is getting pretty close to my birthday.  But, I don't feel like I am going to be  50.  

Some  things I can praise God for:

1)This may sound old : But, I praise God and thank him that I am still alive and fairly well after my accident back in 2010

2) This may sound silly. But, I praise God that people I used to go to school  with still remember me after 30 + years.   

Happy Friday

Yes,today is Friday. No special plans really. They are bringing the therapy dogs in today and "The Piano Man" is coming to play the piano at the rehab center.  He usually is pretty good.   I got a birthday gift from one of my family members yesterday.  I am saving some of the gifts until my birthday. I did eat some of the cookies,and the candy. I know I still love my sweets even at my age.  I know there are worse habits than eating candy. Yes, I am sure most people have them. Yes,even me. I am a Christian (Apostolic Pentecostal) But I am not perfect. I do like to wear my blue jeans. That's right. I won't lie. I do not wear skirts all the time like many of the Apostolic and UPC ladies do.  Why? I really don't have any skirts I could wear every day. I need to get some jean skirts. I like the longer ones. (The ones,that come past my knees. I have never tried the maxi skirts)
